Springtime here in the desert -- warmer days, centipedes wriggling beneath every rock, baby quail and cottontails, and a jungle of fiddleneck weeds.  Flowers are turning up everywhere .... below is a newly-tooled, as-yet-unstained design by Chan Geer.  This is soon to be a leather-clad clipboard.
